A house on the bluff over Wellfleet's bay flats, with a porch facing west and stairs down to the beach.
At low tide you can walk out for an hour. It is a sandy-feet kind of house: easy to live in, with an outdoor shower and beach chairs in the shed. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms with 3 beds. Bay beaches, salt marsh and shingled villages from Falmouth out to the dunes of the Outer Cape.

One of the best stays we've had anywhere. Quiet, comfortable, beautifully kept, and Matt answered every question within the hour.
