A small house on one of Wellfleet's freshwater kettle ponds, with a deck over the water and a swimming beach of its own.
The ocean is a five-minute drive. Most rooms face the water, and the mornings are calm enough to swim before breakfast. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms with 3 beds. Bay beaches, salt marsh and shingled villages from Falmouth out to the dunes of the Outer Cape.

The heating didn't work for most of our first night and it was cold. Matt was responsive and had it fixed by morning, but it took the shine off the weekend.

One of the best stays we've had anywhere. Quiet, comfortable, beautifully kept, and Matt answered every question within the hour.
