An 1860s farmhouse on forty acres of hayfield outside Andes, with a wide porch, a big country kitchen and four bedrooms.
The barn swallows come back every May. It is a house for a group, with a big table, a working kitchen and space to spread out. It sleeps 8 across four bedrooms with 5 beds. Hemlock forests, waterfalls and small river towns, about two and a half hours from New York City.

Exactly as described and spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were great. We'd come back in a heartbeat.
