A stone farmhouse from the 1790s on the Beaverkill side of Livingston Manor, with deep windowsills, wide pine floors and an orchard behind the house.
It is a house for a group, with a big table, a working kitchen and space to spread out. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms with 4 beds. Hemlock forests, waterfalls and small river towns, about two and a half hours from New York City.

Very comfortable and clean. The wifi was slow on the first evening; Priya sorted it out the next morning.
