A loft over a shop on Fredericksburg's Main Street, with tin ceilings, two queens and the tasting rooms outside the door.
It is one open, high-ceilinged room with big windows, a proper kitchen and a good place to work. It sleeps 4 across one bedroom with 2 beds. Limestone rivers, live oaks and vineyard roads between Austin and San Antonio.

Exactly as described and spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were great. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

One of the best stays we've had anywhere. Quiet, comfortable, beautifully kept, and Eloise answered every question within the hour.
